In addition to affecting our mood and emotions, colors also have a physical impact on our bodies and mind. Chromotherapy relies upon colors from the visible light spectrum to balance vibrations in the body, using the resulting electrical impulses to activate biomedical processes. Each color has a distinct frequency of energy that targets a specific symptom.
