So you’ve read our “Are You Toxic?” blog and now you’re spinning out of control wondering how toxic you really are. Identifying whether you’re suffering from the effects of endocrine disruptors can be tricky, as symptoms can be varied and mimic other health issues. However, here are some common signs and symptoms that might suggest exposure to endocrine disruptors:
Reproductive Issues: Changes in menstrual cycles, decreased fertility, or early onset of puberty in children.
Metabolic Problems: Unexplained weight gain, difficulty losing weight, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or symptoms of diabetes such as increased thirst and frequent urination.
Thyroid Disorders: Symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, and changes in heart rate.
Hormonal Imbalances: Mood swings, depression, anxiety, low/suboptimal testosterone, high estrogen, or low progesterone.
Declining Physical Health: headaches/migraines, chronic muscle pain, unexplained/undiagnosed joint pain, fibromyalgia, high inflammatory markers on bloodwork.
Developmental Issues in Children: Learning difficulties, behavioral problems, or developmental delays.
Cancers: Increased risk of hormone-related cancers such as breast, prostate, and thyroid cancers.
Let’s face it – we’re all a little bit toxic.
Join us in January to learn how to decrease your toxicity. It’s time to purify!
Standard Process 21-Day Purification Program
The Standard Process Purification Program is a 21-day journey that helps you rebuild the body from the inside out. It’s a structured plan for purifying, nourishing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Along with Standard Process supplements, the program supports major organ systems with the vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients found in whole foods. It also supports the maintenance of healthy weight when combined with a healthy lifestyle. When the program is over, a new way of living is just beginning.
Key Components:

- Diet: It emphasizes a diet rich in organic, unprocessed foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
- Hydration: Drinking plenty of water is crucial to help flush out toxins.
- Exercise: Regular physical activity is encouraged to support overall health and well-being.
- Lifestyle Changes: The program promotes healthy habits that can be maintained even after the 21 days are over.
Benefits:
- Detoxification: Helps remove toxins from the body.

The program focuses on eating whole, organic, and unprocessed foods and temporarily eliminating foods that may cause concern in some individuals. Participants will eat a vegan diet including a variety of vegetables and fruit for the first 10 days, with select proteins added on day 11. In addition, proper hydration and whole food-based supplements play important roles throughout the program and beyond.
