Our providers are contracted with most major insurances. Please check your benefits to confirm that you have coverage with the provider you are scheduled with. You are responsible for any unpaid balances by your insurance company. If you are looking to book a massage and bill under your insurance we do requires a prescription. More information on Medical Massage on our Insurance billing page. Copays, deductibles, and patient responsibility will be collected at the time of service. Final determination of coverage and patient responsibility is made at the time the claim is received and processed. Prior authorization may be required on some plans.
