Dr. Jen Johnson, with over 20 years of experience in naturopathic family medicine, joins the team at Glow to offer integrative primary care, women’s health and holistic gynecology. 

 

Dr. Johnson is experienced treating a wide array of primary care and women’s health concerns, patients can schedule for acute care, annual exams or hormonal health support. Dr. Johnson is passionate about working closely with her patients, she takes the time to listen and treat the root cause of illness. Treatments are specific to each patient and include a blend of evidence based lifestyle and dietary coaching, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, IV nutrition, bio-identical hormones and counseling.

 

Dr. Johnson is a 2002 graduate of the National University of Natural Medicine where she received her naturopathic medical degree and a certificate in naturopathic obstetrics. Dr. Johnson attended home births in the early years of her practice and though she not longer attends births, she loves to support her patients during and after pregnancy. Spanning 15 years she held administrative and teaching positions at the University of Bridgeport, CT and Bastyr University, WA while managing patients in naturopathic primary care clinics.

 

Outside of work you can find her spending time with her family, on dog walks enjoying nature, volunteering for the local Scout Troop 681 and creating slow cooker dishes.
