1 cup brewed Rooibos tea
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 in piece of fresh ginger peeled and grated
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
2 tablespoons sunflower butter
1 scoop Medclear powder by Thorne or protein powder of your choice
Blend and enjoy.
